Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled project manager to lead our client projects and ensure their successful completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams.

The project manager will be responsible for coordinating and completing projects on time, within budget, and within scope. They will oversee all aspects of projects, including setting deadlines, assigning tasks, and monitoring progress. The successful candidate will also work directly with clients to ensure deliverables meet the applicable scope and budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors to ensure faultless project execution.
  • Ensure timely delivery of projects, within scope, and within budget.
  • Assist in defining project scope and objectives, involving relevant stakeholders, and ensuring technical feasibility.
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation.
  • Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress.
  • Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using verification techniques.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
  • Report and escalate to management as needed.
  • Manage client relationships and stakeholder expectations.
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
  • Establish and maintain vendor relationships.
  • Create comprehensive project documentation.
  • Meet with clients to clarify project requirements.
  • Delegate project tasks based on team members' strengths, skill sets, and experience levels.
  • Track project performance, analyzing short- and long-term goals.
  • Meet budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans shared with clients and team members.
  • Document needs using spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology or Business Administration.
  • 2-4 years of experience in project management or a related field.
  • Familiarity with various project management concepts, practices, and procedures.
  • Experience with SAP Activate Methodology.
  • Proven project management experience.
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE II certification is desirable.
