Job Description

As a Service Delivery Associate, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of telecommunications service delivery. This includes initiating orders and ensuring their completion.

You will utilize project workflow and task management tools to track timelines, allocate tasks, monitor progress, and maintain accountability.

Key responsibilities also include managing project communications and documentation using internal systems, coordinating with technical teams and suppliers, maintaining accurate data in CRM, identifying potential delays or risks, preparing status updates, and supporting administrative duties.

  • Assist in the management of telecommunications service delivery from order initiation to completion.
  • Use project workflow and task management tools to track project timelines, allocate tasks, and monitor progress.
  • Manage project communications and documentation using Halo PSA and other internal systems.
  • Coordinate with internal technical teams, suppliers, and vendors to fulfill installation and provisioning requirements.
  • Maintain accurate data in CRM, ensuring real-time project visibility and smooth handover between teams.
  • Identify potential delays, risks, or conflicts in project delivery and escalate or recommend mitigation strategies.
  • Prepare and distribute project status updates, reports, and meeting summaries.
  • Support administrative duties including scheduling, documentation control, and stakeholder follow-ups.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A degree in Project Management, Telecommunications, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 6 to 12 months experience in a telco project coordination or service delivery role with Australian companies.
  • Proficiency in project workflow and task management.
  • Experience with Halo PSA and Zoho CRM is preferred.
  • Familiarity with TPG Telecom ordering, provisioning, or escalation processes is an advantage.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for dealing with vendors, clients, and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to shifting project demands in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
