Global Transformation Director

This is a pivotal role with full responsibility for directing the global S/4HANA transformation programme and ensuring it delivers business value on a global scale.
The Programme Overview- Own the global S/4HANA programme strategy, roadmap, and delivery plan to ensure successful implementation.
- Lead programme governance, steering committees, and stakeholder management at executive level to drive alignment and engagement.
- Oversee systems integration partners and ensure alignment between business and technology teams to achieve seamless integration.
- Manage programme risks, resourcing, and change control to ensure efficient and effective delivery.
- Drive adoption of standardised processes while respecting regulatory and compliance requirements specific to life sciences.
- Ensure the transformation delivers measurable improvements in efficiency, quality, and visibility across global operations.
- Proven track record of leading complex, global S/4HANA or SAP transformation programmes (full lifecycle).
- Strong background in programme governance, delivery assurance, and stakeholder management at C-suite level.
- Experience working in highly regulated industries, ideally life sciences, pharmaceuticals, or medical devices.
- Ability to influence at senior level and lead diverse, cross-functional teams across geographies.
- Strong commercial and financial management skills with the ability to manage large budgets.
- Fluent English; Spanish or other European languages would be an advantage.
