Procurement and Supply Chain Professional

This is an opportunity to join a high-performing team that is experiencing significant growth in a highly-regulated global industry. The successful candidate will support the Operations Director as a key contributor, designing and implementing a global end-to-end inventory intelligence platform.

The ideal candidate will have experience in procurement, supply-chain or inventory roles supporting high-performance teams. They will be responsible for maintaining a single-source-of-truth across key supply chain nodes, reconciling variances daily.

The role requires the ability to proactively chase stakeholders for ETAs, logistics documentation and exceptions; escalate delays before they block operational activity. The successful candidate will also transform raw data into concise, decision-ready insights for the Operations Director and wider Operations Department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a single-source-of-truth across key supply chain nodes, reconciling variances daily
  • Proactively chase stakeholders for ETAs, logistics documentation and exceptions; escalate delays before they block operational activity
  • Transform raw data into concise, decision-ready insights for the Operations Director and wider Operations Department
  • Design and implement dynamic procurement models to support strategic decision making
  • Stay ahead of tools and best practices; self-drive upskilling in analytics and supply-chain methods

System and Tools:

During Onboarding, the successful candidate will be provided full training across business systems and tools.

However, to ensure we maximise the effectiveness of the role we expect candidates to already have experience with:

  • Microsoft Office, with a particular focus on Excel (XLOOKUP, PivotTable, PowerQuery)
  • Asynch communication platforms (e.g. Teams, Slack)
  • Cloud-based business phone systems
  • Project management tools (e.g. Asana, Monday.com, Jira)

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, with a preference for BSc Economics OR evidence of equivalent analytical experience
  • 2-4 years professional experience in procurement, supply-chain or inventory roles supporting high-performance teams
