San Miguel Foods is looking for a highly motivated Trade Marketing Assistant to drive sales performance and optimize trade strategies.
About the Role:- This role will involve analyzing retail sales formats, providing sales performance analysis, establishing trade standards, and developing customized programs for Modern Trade channels.
- The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably with exposure to Trade Marketing and/or Brand Marketing.
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, Economics, or a related field is required.
- Evaluate brand and SKU performance, provide comprehensive category analysis, collaborate for strategy alignment, and lead annual channel management.
- Recommend additional products, assess competitors, and implement effective strategies while evaluating and improving market penetration programs.
- Manage trade cost budgets specifically for Modern Trade Channel Customers. Co-approve activity mechanics based on the aligned strategies from the Business Unit, monitor sales realization and P&L, track program post-evaluations, and compute sourcing activities.
- Co-manages event pitches, co-approves most qualified agencies, and conducts post-evaluation of special events under the Modern Trade accounts under the trade cost.
- Co-sign sales forecasts, formulate forecasts based on off-take and monitor sell-in volume and sales turnover versus forecasts.
