Telecommunications Professional

We are seeking a skilled sales professional to join our team as a Remote Sales Expert. As the industry's only end-to-end, cloud-native network software provider, we transform the way the world connects, accelerating software network transformation for Communications Service Providers in over 120 countries.

This role focuses on selling maintenance and support services remotely via telephone and face-to-face meetings to existing customers. The position specializes in renewing, up-selling, increasing, and closing maintenance/service contracts for the Europe region.

• In coordination with sales teams, build and execute a plan to achieve on-time maintenance renewals for the regional customer pipeline.
• MS Dynamics Administration, tracking deals against bookings forecast, and ongoing reporting of maintenance opportunities stage progression.
• Issue timely advance renewal notifications to customers and facilitate governance of expired renewals.
• Bid Preparation - includes interface with services & procurement teams for 3rd parties, support cost analysis, scope & SLA, pricing tools & bid approval workbook.
• Proposal Offer - Preparation of commercial quotations and submission to customers.
• Interface with legal & finance for review and approval of new maintenance contracts, payment terms & associated T&Cs.
• Attend conference calls and face-to-face meetings for maintenance renewal price negotiations with customers.

Solid background in a sales role in the telco/IT industry, with experience in maintenance & support and/or similar professional services selling background with a minimum of 8+ years of experience.
