Job Title: Operations Manager

This role is responsible for leading and managing a team of network planners. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in operations management, with a deep understanding of telecommunications FTTx network design and engineering.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and managing a team of Design Team Leads to deliver high-quality projects on time.
  • Recruiting, training, and developing team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Conducting performance assessments, providing regular feedback, and taking appropriate performance management actions.
  • Managing workload distribution to ensure quality outputs for all stakeholders.

The requirements for this role are:

  • At least 5 years of experience in operations management.
  • Understanding of telecommunications FTTx network design and engineering.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
