At Lean Solutions Group, we are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Support Professional to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, this individual will play a critical role in providing exceptional support to our clients throughout their healthcare journey.

The Clinical Support Professional will be responsible for handling a wide range of inquiries related to billing, insurance claims, and account management. This includes addressing any issues that may arise, communicating clearly and patiently with clients over the phone, and ensuring the confidentiality of sensitive company and customer information.

This is a dynamic role that requires strong multitasking skills, effective prioritization, and the ability to manage multiple customer inquiries simultaneously. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.

The successful Clinical Support Professional will have a solid understanding of basic medical terminology and be proficient in using computer systems, phone networks, and relevant software applications. They will also possess a typing speed of 40+ WPM and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls in a high-traffic call center setting.
  • Effectively multitask, prioritize, and manage customer inquiries in a demanding environment.
  • Communicate clearly and patiently with clients over the phone, addressing their concerns accurately.
  • Provide informed responses to customer questions regarding billing, explain charges, and process payments as necessary.
  • Ensure the confidentiality of sensitive company and customer information, adhering to established policies and procedures.

In addition to these responsibilities, the successful candidate will possess a range of essential skills, including:

  • Experience in customer service, which is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with basic medical terminology, which is essential.
  • Ability to clearly articulate and interpret information both verbally and in writing.
  • Proficient in using computers, phone systems, and relevant software applications.
  • Typing speed of 40+ WPM, which is required.
