As a member of our clinical support team, you'll play a key role in customer satisfaction and have the opportunity to make an impact on the communities we serve.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage patient intake, admission/discharge information, and requests for services from patients and healthcare providers.
  • Process referrals, prior authorizations, and notifications, including census roles.
  • Provide triage and care coordination notification cases for non-clinical assessment/intervention.
  • Handle patient and provider inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.

This is a high-volume, customer service environment that requires efficiency, productivity, and thoroughness when dealing with patients over the phone. A flexible schedule that includes evening hours is also required.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • 1+ years of customer service experience analyzing and solving customer problems.
  • Ability to create, edit, save, and send documents using Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Ability to type and talk simultaneously while navigating multiple screens.
