Operations Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations professional to oversee the end-to-end processing of requests for partner onboarding and account maintenance.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations, with experience in fintech or financial institutions. They must be able to work efficiently and effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Partner information and document validation
  • Due diligence and endorsement of account-related requests
  • Creation of partner accounts across various platforms
  • Post-validation of partner information and requirements
  • Updating of trackers for reporting purposes

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Graduate of any 4-year business course
  • At least 3 years of operations experience in fintech or financial institutions
  • Excellent written, oral communication, and presentation skills
  • Able to work efficiently and effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

This is a mid-senior level full-time role that requires a keen eye for detail, comfort working with numbers, and ability to generate insightful reports.
