Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Mortgage Loan Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the lending process, this individual will be responsible for reviewing loan applications, gathering documentation, and preparing packages for underwriting approval.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Verify financial and personal documentation such as credit reports, tax returns, and bank statements.
  • Coordinate and communicate with loan officers, underwriters, clients, title companies, and other third-party vendors.
  • Ensure all required documentation complies with regulatory requirements.
  • Track and update loan status in the system, keeping all stakeholders informed throughout the process.
  • Resolve documentation or credit issues and request additional information when necessary.

This role requires proficiency in loan origination systems, excellent organizational and time-management skills, and strong verbal and written communication abilities.
