Job Overview

The Financial Planning and Analysis specialist is responsible for supporting strategic decision-making by creating comprehensive reports, designing intricate financial models, and analyzing large datasets to ensure accurate forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a suite of scheduled financial reports.
  • Create and update forecasting tools and templates.
  • Reconcile financial data between systems and identify discrepancies.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentation decks for senior management.
  • Provide analytical support for ad-hoc projects and business cases.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or related roles.
  • Proficiency in Excel; knowledge of QuickBooks Online and Power BI is an asset.
  • Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
