Financial Planning and Analysis Expert

We are seeking an experienced FP&A Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for developing and improving our budgeting, reporting, and analytical processes.

About You:

  • You have a strong educational background in accounting, finance, economics, or commerce with a degree.
  • You have 2+ years of financial reporting experience, with business analysis skills considered a plus.
  • You possess knowledge of accounting data hierarchies and structure.
  • You have a strategic mindset with the ability to understand the financial implications of key decisions.
  • You are proficient in written, spoken, and visualization mediums.
  • You have experience working with technical teams and excellent relationship management skills.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop, update, and improve divisional and corporate budgets and quarterly rolling forecasts.
  • Create regular and ad-hoc reports, analysis, and recommendations for finance, accounting, and management.
  • Support the finance team's modeling and analysis of products, acquisitions, and financings.
  • Integrate operational and financial data to improve forecasting accuracy, risk-adjust project ROI, and enhance unit economics.
  • Build relationships with leaders of other business units and be involved in budgeting across the organization.
  • Serve as the go-to resource for internal and external financial reports, dashboards, and visualizations.
