Key Job Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including modeling, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and ROI assessments.
  • Evaluate and analyze business operations to identify risks, gaps, and opportunities for efficiency and growth.
  • Develop, monitor, and interpret financial performance metrics, KPIs, and dashboards.
  • Partner with leadership to design process improvements that drive financial scalability.
  • Support strategic decision-making by assessing the financial impact of business initiatives across Product, Sales, and Operations.

The ideal candidate has a background in software-as-a-service (SaaS) and/or health-tech industries. The Financial Business Analyst will partner with cross-functional teams to deliver financial analysis, develop strategies, and recommend data-driven solutions that support operational efficiency and sustainable growth.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Financial Analyst, Business Analyst, or in a hybrid role combining both.
  • Proven ability to perform financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting at a high level.
  • Experience analyzing and improving business processes, with a strong understanding of operational inefficiencies.
  • Background in SaaS or health-tech industries preferred.
  • Proficiency with business intelligence and data visualization tools.
