Chief Engineer Job Description

In accordance with the policies, procedure, and standards of Chroma Hospitality and Grafik Pine house Baguio, the Chief Engineer will be responsible for the overall administration and operation of the maintenance and repair of all hotel facilities.

This includes managing a team of technicians and mechanics, developing and implementing preventive maintenance programs, and collaborating with concerned departments/vendors in line with projects.

Key Accountabilities
  • Develop and implement effective quality control measures to ensure consistency and excellence in hotel operations.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with suppliers, contractors, and external partners to achieve business objectives.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Licensed engineer.
  • A minimum of 10 years' experience in a similar position within the hospitality industry.
  • At least 2 years' experience in a similar position within the Asian region.
  • Familiarity with different hospitality organizations.
  • Basic Occupational Safety and Health training; PCO/Managing Head training is an advantage.
