Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the conceptual and strategic direction of our upcoming forum, focusing on content, program quality, and outcomes.

The successful candidate will oversee the entire event process, from planning to execution, ensuring that all materials and sessions align with overall objectives.

  • Refine thematic panels and session agendas for coherence and high-quality messaging.
  • Conduct program writing, including briefing materials, speaker treatments, and session scripts.
  • Curate and secure global and regional thought leaders, keynote speakers, panelists, and stakeholders for each session.
  • Manage relationships, scheduling, and protocol for VIPs and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 7-10 years of experience organizing high-level, multi-stakeholder events in Asia Pacific, preferably in sustainable finance, impact investing, or international development. They must have strong understanding of the sustainable finance landscape, awareness of key regional stakeholders, and what drives their participation and engagement.

This role requires exceptional writing and communication skills, ability to translate big-picture objectives into detailed action plans. Familiarity with impact investing, sustainable finance, or SDGs is advantageous.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Developing and implementing a comprehensive content strategy.
  2. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution.
  3. Maintaining relationships with stakeholders and securing their participation.

A bachelor's degree in a relevant field and excellent communication skills are required. Professional certifications in event management or a related field are highly valued.
