  • MCI is hiring a Content Marketing Manager to lead B2B content strategy, drive thought leadership, and support demand generation. This is a remote work-at-home role with MCI, a leading Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company.

This role involves developing content calendars targeting B2B buyers, creating high-quality whitepapers, case studies, eBooks, and webinars, optimizing content for SEO and lead generation, collaborating on ABM and nurturing content with Sales, tracking performance across the buyer journey, and managing writers and designers to deliver quality assets.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Journalism, or Communications, at least 3 years of content marketing experience, including leadership, expertise in producing thought leadership and sales content, SEO and keyword strategy expertise, strong storytelling and editing skills, and experience managing content teams.

In addition to these qualifications, the candidate must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based, willing to submit to a background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint, and pass a drug screening.
