Senior Scrum Master Opportunity

As a seasoned Senior Scrum Master, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our Engineering Scrum Teams and driving the development of high-impact software and features that deliver value to our customers. Your key responsibility will be to keep our scrum teams focused by guiding them, helping clear their blockers, and ensuring they have the necessary resources to achieve success.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Facilitating Effective Communication
  • Maintaining Project Progress
  • Providing Timely Feedback
  • Championing Agile Values
  • Ongoing Onboarding and Training
  • Facilitating Scrum Ceremonies
  • Collaborating with Product Owners
  • Removing Roadblocks
  • Adapting Agile Practices
  • Coordinating Release Planning

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master (or similar)
  • Working knowledge of agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Agile Scrum Master Certification (highly preferred)
