Job Summary

IT Deployment Specialist

Deploy and maintain client sites, ensuring customization to meet client needs.

  • Deploy and maintain trial and production sites.
  • Customize meeting sites per client requirements.
  • Update meeting information and logos, and upload downloadable files.
  • Maintain internal system parameters and update dynamic forms.
  • Address support cases via phone or online tools.
  • Provide product usage and sales information.
  • Analyze and route support cases appropriately.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Conduct environmental health checks.
  • Perform regular maintenance tasks.
  • Collaborate with team members for optimal results.

Required Skills And Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related fields.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new tools and technologies.
  • Flexibility to work outside office hours.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in English communication.
