We are seeking a skilled Financial Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and compliant financial operations with a focus on revenue accounting and automation to support global growth.
Main Responsibilities- Maintain accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Reconcile general ledger accounts in compliance with US GAAP.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant financial regulations.
- Perform month-end close activities, including reconciliations, journal entry postings, and accurate reporting.
- Process monthly revenue tasks, including reconciliations, posting of entries, and resolving discrepancies.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field (CPA preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years of practical experience in accounts receivable, payroll processing, accounts payable, and month-end close procedures.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Knowledgeable in ASC 606 revenue recognition standards.
- Experience working with US-based SaaS companies.
- Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
