
Full-Time Remote Operations and Finance Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Operations and Finance Administrator to join our organization on a full-time, remote basis.
This role will support core operations and financial functions, providing administrative assistance with invoicing, receivables/payables, cash flow tracking, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day finance and logistics using Zoho Books and Google Sheets
- Streamline processes across finance and operations
- Collaborate closely with the CEO, Operations & Finance Lead, and delivery team
- Professional accounting qualification (CPA, CMA, ACCA, or equivalent)
- Strong English fluency, both written and spoken
- Experience in small business or startup finance/ops roles
- Zoho Books
- Google Suite
- Zoom
The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic. They will be responsible for managing multiple tasks and prioritizing deadlines.
