System Reliability Engineer

Build high-uptime systems with proactive monitoring and incident management. Design dashboards, automate alerting pipelines, and use automation to reduce toil.

Work at the intersection of engineering and operations – quickly identifying issues, performing root cause analysis, and driving improvements that prevent recurrence.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years in SRE, DevOps, or IT Operations roles.

Technical Skills:

  • Strong hands-on experience with Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, SigNoz.
  • Proficient in scripting for automation (Python, TypeScript, Bash).
  • Experience running and improving incident response processes.
  • Ability to perform root cause analysis and document learnings.
