Key Responsibilities

Safeguard System Uptime & Drive Reliability

We are seeking a highly skilled Monitoring & Incident SRE to ensure system uptime, build world-class observability, lead incident response, and drive reliability across our platform.

This is a remote, high-impact, mission-critical role that requires strong hands-on experience with monitoring & logging tools, scripting for automation, and expertise in running and improving incident response processes.

You will take ownership of monitoring, alerting, and incident management for production systems, designing dashboards, building alerting pipelines, and using automation to reduce toil while ensuring system uptime.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years in SRE, DevOps, or IT Operations roles with strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Technical Skills
  • Strong hands-on experience with Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, SigNoz, and other monitoring tools.
  • Skilled in Python, TypeScript, Bash, and other scripting languages for automation.
  • Experience running and improving incident response processes, performing root cause analysis, and documenting learnings.
  • Familiarity with distributed systems, cloud environments, and low-code automation tools for operational workflows.
