Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented financial professional to support the operational finance functions of two growing businesses.

The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day accounting operations across multiple accounts, ensuring accurate records and providing financial clarity that enables business leaders to focus on growth.

  • Manage cloud-based accounting software including reconciliations, categorizing expenses, and invoice management
  • Clear existing backlog of bank reconciliations and maintain accurate, up-to-date records
  • Generate and send client invoices, track payments, and issue reminders as needed
  • Handle international transactions via multi-currency platforms
  • Manage recurring billing for select clients
  • Track and organize financial records across multiple revenue streams
  • Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly reports
  • (Optional) Support with tax preparation and filing
Requirements
  • Proven accounting experience (at least 1 year), ideally with small or medium-sized businesses
  • Proficiency with cloud-based accounting software
  • Experience handling international transactions
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Good written and spoken communication skills
  • Comfortable with remote tools
