A successful Account Manager will be responsible for driving growth in the Southeast Asia region, providing innovative security solutions and exceptional client service to exceed targets and build lasting relationships with clients. This is a critical role that requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster strong partnerships with associate companies and elevate the reputation of our organization through effective sales and marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strive to achieve revenue and profit objectives by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Develop and execute sales plans to expand market share and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions and meet client needs.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to build trust and credibility.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide expert advice and guidance to clients.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve business objectives and contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher qualification.
  • Minimum 3 years of practical experience in solution-based sales or project sales within a multinational corporation.
  • Experience in IT solutions or Audio-Visual Systems sales is highly valued.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks effectively are essential.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills are required.
  • Team player with a collaborative approach and valuing cooperation.
  • Familiarity with ACAD is considered advantageous.
  • Fluency in both spoken and written English is required.
