Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Digital Marketing Strategist to spearhead our marketing efforts and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and oversee a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with our goals.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for expansion.
  • Create and manage marketing initiatives to ensure efficient resource allocation.
  • Liaise with external marketing partners.
  • Social Media Management:
    • Design and execute a robust social media strategy across all relevant platforms.
    • Curate engaging content that resonates with our target audience.
    • Monitor social media performance and adjust strategies to improve engagement and reach.
  • Email Marketing:
    • Plan, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns to drive engagement and conversions.
    • Segment and manage email lists to ensure targeted and personalized communication.
    • Analyze campaign performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.
  • Website Management:
    • Oversee the management and optimization of our website, ensuring it aligns with our brand and marketing objectives.
    • Collaborate with web developers to ensure the website is user-friendly, responsive, and optimized for SEO.
    • Regularly update website content to reflect current marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Develop and implement an SEO strategy to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
  • Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for SEO.
  • Monitor and analyze SEO performance, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
  • Project Management:
    • Lead and manage various marketing projects from conception to execution with team members.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
    • Track project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Analytics and Reporting:
    • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns across all channels.
    • Prepare regular reports on key marketing metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
    • Continuously evaluate and improve marketing strategies based on data and feedback.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing our overall marketing strategy, managing social media channels, overseeing email marketing campaigns, optimizing our website, driving SEO initiatives, and managing various marketing projects. This role requires a creative and analytical thinker with strong project management skills and a proven track record in digital marketing.
