Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to support our growing workload across project reviews, program development, and reporting. This role is ideal for someone who can deliver high-quality outputs to help keep construction projects running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, review, and maintain construction programs for various projects.
  • Provide programming support for project reviews, program development, and reporting.
  • Analyse project timelines, critical paths, and dependencies to identify potential risks and solutions.
  • Prepare clear, accurate, and well-structured program reports for clients.
  • Ensure deliverables meet deadlines and quality standards.
  • Support ongoing communication and coordination with stakeholders as needed.

For this role, you will be working closely with the consultancy lead to manage programming deliverables, freeing them to focus on client-facing tasks and business development.

As a successful Project Scheduler Coordinator, you will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality programming outputs, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and strong communication skills with the ability to present timelines and reports clearly.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in project scheduling or programming in the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and sequencing.
  • On-site Experience in Commercial Construction will be desirable.
  • Proficiency in project programming tools/software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar).

The ideal candidate will also have a good understanding of project timelines, critical paths, and dependencies, and will be able to work independently, remotely, and manage time effectively.
