Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled IT professional to join our team as an Support Engineer. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the security, stability and efficiency of our IT infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience in technical support and will be able to provide timely and effective technical assistance to our users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage systems, networks and user access to ensure seamless business operations.
  • Provide timely technical support and implement best practices to enable efficient business operations.
  • Globally manage all asset devices effectively.
Requirements

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual who is able to work independently and as part of a team. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Interview Process

The interview process is expected to last no more than 3 weeks from start to finish and may be conducted via video call or in person depending on location:

  • A 30-minute Screening Interview with a Talent Acquisition Lead.
  • A 60-minute Case Study with the Hiring Manager to discuss real-life challenges.
  • A 60-minute Career Deep Dive with the Hiring Manager.
  • A 60-minute Behavioural Fit Assessment with HR or leadership.
  • Offer and reference checks (non-binding verbal or email offer, followed by references).
Background Checks

Regulated background checks appropriate to the role will be conducted.
