
Vacation Rental Sales Expert

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned sales professional to become a key member of our team as an Inside Sales Representative.
You will be responsible for prospecting and closing new vacation rental homeowners from our internal database, as well as growing the real estate agent referral network.
The ideal candidate has 3+ years' sales experience, with a proven track record of handling cold calls and closing deals. They should have strong B2B sales experience, preferably full cycle, and excellent English communication skills.
Persistence, organization, and a metric-driven approach are also essential. Experience in the real estate, financial services, or other high-trust, consultative sales roles is advantageous, though not a strict requirement.
Responsibilities:
- Cold call and prospect vacation rental owners from provided databases (REI Sift, Zillow, etc.).
- Qualify leads and assess fit for our management services.
- Follow up via phone, email, and text using CRM workflowsSales1.
- Conduct discovery and sales calls via phone or zoom.
- Close property management agreements.
- Reach out to real estate agents to build referral partnerships.
- Track all sales activity in our CRM (Zoho or similar).
- Provide weekly updates on pipelines, signed contracts, and outreach.
