We are seeking an experienced Debt Recovery Team Lead to join our team at Dobbel Hanei Corporation (Honda Cars CamSur) and Automarken Inc. (Foton CamSur and Chery CamSur). This is a challenging role that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of driving results.

About the Role

As a Debt Recovery Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of debt collectors and ensuring that all debt recovery activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, and at least 2 years of experience in AR/Finance /Accounting roles or billing. They will also possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to think strategically and out of the box.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of debt collectors to achieve debt recovery targets
  • Develop and implement effective debt recovery strategies
  • Monitor and report on debt recovery performance metrics
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to drive efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in AR/Finance /Accounting roles or billing
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to think strategically and out of the box
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
