Senior Financial Manager

Dobbel Hanei Corporation (Honda Cars CamSur) and Automarken Inc. (Foton CamSur and Chery CamSur) are seeking a skilled Credit and Collection Supervisor to join their team.

The Credit and Collection Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the accounts receivable process, ensuring timely collections, and managing credit-related activities. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Manage and analyze accounts receivable data to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Develop and implement strategies to improve collection rates and reduce bad debt
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve credit-related issues and discrepancies
• Provide guidance and support to junior team members on credit and collection procedures

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in AR/Finance or Billing roles
• Results-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Able to think strategically and out of the box
• People management experience is preferred
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office

In return for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
