Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse In-Charge to join our logistics and inventory management team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods;
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes as needed;
  • Develop and maintain accurate inventory records, identifying discrepancies and taking corrective action;
  • Maintain a safe working environment, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations;
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding promptly to queries and concerns;

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:
  • A Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Logistic/Transportation or equivalent;
  • At least 1-3 years of working experience in a related field, preferably in purchasing/inventory/material & warehouse management;
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to collaboration and teamwork;

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:
  • Experience with logistics/warehouse processes and software;
  • Knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices;
  • Certification in a relevant field, such as inventory management or logistics.
