Financial Performance Manager

Job Summary

The Dobbel Hanei Corporation (Honda Cars CamSur) is seeking a highly skilled Financial Performance Manager to oversee the financial aspects of our operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient management of our finances, identifying areas for cost savings, and developing strategies to improve financial performance.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and implement financial plans and budgets to ensure alignment with business objectives
* Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive cost savings initiatives and process improvements
* Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
* Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including vendors and banks
* Provide regular financial reporting and analysis to senior management

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
* 2 years experience within AR/Finance /Accounting roles or Billing
* Results-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
* Able to think strategically and out of the box
* People management experience preferred
* Can work in a fast-paced environment
* Hardworking, honest, and keen to details
* Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office
