Senior Agile Facilitator

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Scrum Master to support our Engineering Teams in building high-impact software and features that deliver value to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure effective communication among team members to clarify project goals and objectives.
  • Maintain all parties on track and informed of project progress, providing timely feedback to stakeholders as needed.
  • Promote agile values, principles, and practices within the organization, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Train and mentor team members to ensure they possess the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  • Facilitate scrum ceremonies, including daily meetings, sprint reviews, retrospectives, etc., to ensure smooth execution of project tasks.
  • Aid Product Owners in refining, arranging, and optimizing product backlogs to align with business goals and customer needs.
  • Remove roadblocks that hinder team progress, utilizing problem-solving skills to find creative solutions.
  • Refine Agile practices to better facilitate software delivery, ensuring continuous improvement and efficiency gains.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master (or in a similar role) with a proven track record of success.
  • Working knowledge of agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks, such as Scrum or Kanban.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to clearly articulate project plans and progress.
  • Agile Scrum Master Certification (strongly preferred).
