We are seeking a skilled professional with experience in product development, project management, and supplier coordination.

About the Role
  • Transform initial concepts into viable commercial products by working across multiple functions.
  • Collaborate with the PD Lead to identify development needs and build a strong product pipeline.
  • Conduct market research to identify and evaluate new product ideas, taking a customer-centric approach to validate them.
  • Research, identify, and evaluate suppliers, communicate requirements, and select ideal suppliers for each project.
  • Coordinate with other team members to ensure compliance, quality, and specification standards are met.
  • Work with marketing teams or external agencies to complete marketing-related deliverables according to timeline and brand guidelines.
  • Manage project timelines, keep stakeholders updated, and ensure each project is completed and launched on schedule.
  • Review the performance of launches and running changes, track success metrics, share learnings, and feed improvements into the development cycle.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in a product development role, ideally within the baby, kids, or toys categories, with end-to-end experience from ideation to mass production.
  • 1-2 years of project management experience.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail; able to manage multiple projects and timelines.
  • Self-directed, proactive, and motivated to push projects forward with limited supervision.
  • Good understanding of Western consumer markets (US & Europe) for product decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience dealing with suppliers in and out of China.
