  • Design Creative Toy Concepts: Develop innovative toy ideas that align with current themes, trends, and brand objectives.
  • Visual Design and Prototyping: Create detailed sketches, 3D models, and prototypes using design tools like CAD, SolidWorks, and Adobe Illustrator.
  • User Research and Testing: Conduct research and testing with children or parent focus groups to gather valuable insights.
  • Toys Safety and Compliance: Ensure compliance with local and international toy safety standards (ASTM, EN71, CPSIA).
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with suppliers, engineers, manufacturers, marketing, and branding teams to ensure feasibility, cost-efficiency, quality, and successful integration with promotional campaigns.
