Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Product Manager to spearhead the development of cutting-edge technology. As part of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for owning the product from concept to launch, gathering and synthesizing requirements, leading conversations with internal stakeholders, and driving product development projects.

This is an exciting opportunity to bridge the business and technical worlds, working closely with senior engineers to balance product velocity and technical debt tradeoffs.

About the Role
  • Owning the product lifecycle from concept to design, specification, implementation, and analysis.
  • Gathering and synthesizing requirements and input from multiple stakeholders.
  • Leading in-person conversations with internal customers to understand users, priorities, and feature considerations.
  • Demonstrating strong leadership, organizational, and execution skills to drive product development projects from concept to launch.
Key Responsibilities
  • Product Development:
    • Owning the product roadmap and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features.
    • Working closely with cross-functional teams to gather and prioritize requirements.
    • Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Technical Leadership:
    • Collaborating with senior engineers to ensure technical feasibility and scalability.
    • Providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
    • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Communication:
    • Communicating complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
    • Presenting product updates and progress to senior leadership and stakeholders.
    • Facilitating effective communication across teams to ensure seamless collaboration.
    Requirements and Qualifications
    • 3+ years of experience in technical product management, preferably in a fast-paced innovative environment.
    • 5+ years (in total) of technical experience in one or more areas: software engineering, developer experience, or related fields.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills, energetic, and a self-starter.
    • Strong presentation skills.
    • Strong organizational skills along with demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to shifting priorities.
    • Effective communicator with excellent written and verbal skills.
    • Demonstrated analytical and quantitative skills, comfortable gathering data and using it to inform decisions.
