Global Process Consultant

We are seeking a Global Process Consultant to join our team at Satellite Office. As a Global Process Consultant, you will be responsible for administering our quoting and workflow system, supporting internal software testing efforts, and serving as a general technical support resource.

The ideal candidate should have strong investigative skills and the ability to document system processes and issues clearly. They should also be able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

We are looking for a candidate with a mid-level Business Analyst (BA) background—neither senior nor junior. The ideal candidate should have experience working with SAAS platforms, skilled in testing SAAS web applications, including user and acceptance testing. Experience in quoting system and resolving back-end issues is also desired.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Stakeholder Management and Documentation
  • User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Strong communication skills across all levels of the organization
  • Mid-level Business Analyst (BA) background—neither senior nor junior
  • Strong general technical aptitude and problem-solving skills
