Job Summary

We are seeking an accomplished Revenue Management Analyst to drive business expansion through strategic revenue optimization. Your mission will be to monitor and analyze trade spend efficiency, develop insightful revenue performance dashboards, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve remarkable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Trade Spend Analysis: Analyze trade spend data to identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth, leveraging expertise in syndicated and POS data analysis, including Nielsen and IRI data.
  • Revenue Performance Dashboards: Develop and maintain comprehensive revenue performance dashboards to track key metrics and provide actionable insights to stakeholders, utilizing advanced Excel and analytical modeling skills.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with sales, marketing, and operations teams to drive business outcomes and optimize revenue streams, showcasing exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Qualifications:
  • Revenue Management Experience: Proven experience in revenue management or trade analytics, preferably in the CPG industry, with a strong understanding of pricing and trade terms.
  • Data Analysis Expertise: Expertise in syndicated and POS data analysis, including Nielsen and IRI data, with proficiency in Power BI.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with trade promotion and ERP systems, including SAP, with advanced Excel and analytical modeling skills.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas simply and effectively, and strong knowledge of organizational behavior.
