Unlock Business Insights as a Data Analyst

The right candidate will have a passion for leveraging data to inform solutions, improve processes, and enhance business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, client services, and publishing teams to support data-driven decision making
  • Develop requirements and determine the best course of action for analysis
  • Create robust datasets and dashboards to support key business processes
  • Use data to identify trends and inform hypotheses and test ideas
  • Analyze and evaluate A/B tests, report on results, and recommend next steps
  • Design and maintain self-serve dashboards for internal and external stakeholders
Essential Qualifications:
  • Experience working with large-scale data sets and extracting insights
  • Proficiency in data analysis, cleaning, or visualisation using SQL, Python, spreadsheets, or other technologies
  • Experience with Enterprise Digital Analytics such as Snowplow, GA4
  • Experience with modern data warehousing solutions (we use BigQuery)
  • Strong team player qualities including being collaborative, respectful, and service focused
  • A willingness to learn and apply innovative data analytics methodologies
  • Demonstrated analytical problem-solving skills and expertise
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with dbt and its application
  • Proficiency in GitHub
  • Solid grasp of applied statistics and its applications
  • Deep understanding of building and maintaining data pipelines and assets through robust change control
