Unlock Your Potential as a Data Analyst

About the Role

As a key member of our data analysis team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Business Partnership & Metric Definition:
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and define key metrics, business questions, and reporting needs.
    • Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions to uncover pain points, success measures, and opportunities for improvement.
    • Translate business processes and goals into measurable KPIs and performance indicators.
  • Analytics & Insight Generation:
    • Perform exploratory data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, anomalies, and actionable insights.
    • Work with data from various sources to develop trusted reporting and analytics.
    • Build and iterate on analytical models, dashboards, or data sets in collaboration with the Power BI Developer.
  • Data Validation & Metric Governance:
    • Ensure consistency and accuracy of key business definitions across reporting and analytics.
    • Support documentation of KPIs, including definitions, formulas, ownership, and rationale.
    • Contribute to a trusted source-of-truth semantic layer in Power BI by collaborating on metric alignment.
  • Enablement & Storytelling:
    • Deliver insights to stakeholders through compelling data storytelling and dashboard reviews.
    • Help build a data-driven culture by enabling teams to ask better questions and explore answers using Power BI.
    • Support training and onboarding for teams new to self-service analytics tools.
Qualifications & Experience
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Certifications in data analysis (e.g., Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst Associate) are desirable but not required.
  • 2-4 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or related fields (open to strong candidates from other domains transitioning into analytics).
  • Experience working with modern BI tools (Power BI preferred) and strong understanding of KPIs and performance measurement.
  • Proven ability to work with stakeholders to define analytical requirements and deliver insights.
