Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytically-minded Revenue Analyst to join our team. This role will be instrumental in optimizing revenue performance for some of the biggest vacation rental management companies in the United States.

  • This involves managing revenue optimization for assigned vacation rental management clients, conducting deep-dive market analysis, tracking and analyzing problem properties, identifying root causes and implementing solutions.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Revenue Optimization & Client Management: Manage revenue optimization for assigned vacation rental management clients.
  2. Conduct market research to understand local trends, seasonality, and competitive dynamics.
  3. Track and analyze problem properties, identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
  4. Monitor key performance metrics including occupancy rates, average daily rate (ADR), and revenue per available room (RevPAR) across property portfolios.
Required Qualifications
  1. 1-3 years of experience with pricing strategies, rules, and analytics.
  2. Background in vacation rental, hospitality, or property management industry preferred.
  3. Experience managing revenue for multiple properties simultaneously.
  4. Startup experience and comfort with fast-paced, evolving environments.
Technical Skills
  1. Proficiency with pricing strategies, rules, and analytics.
  2. Natural aptitude for learning new software platforms and technology.
  3. Comfortable working with data and identifying trends in performance metrics.
