Fiscal Administrator with US Tax Preparation Expertise

We are seeking a meticulous and empathetic Fiscal Administrator with expertise in US tax preparation and exceptional client communication skills.

About the Job:

  • Client Interaction: Provide outstanding customer service by responding to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring all client needs are met promptly and professionally.
  • Account Management: Manage client accounts through file management systems, ensuring all documents are organized and readily available for tax filings.
  • Document Support: Assist clients in gathering necessary documents for tax preparation, bookkeeping, and other financial needs.
  • Scheduling Coordination: Schedule and coordinate client meetings, including quarterly reviews, tax planning, and general consultations.
  • Tax Preparation Pipeline: Monitor the tax preparation pipeline and ensure clients submit required documents in a timely manner.
  • Bookkeeping Tasks: Handle basic tasks related to bookkeeping, such as requesting access to financial systems, preparing journal entries, and assisting with 1099 management.
  • Tax Communications: Manage communications for tax projections, extensions, and the filing of returns.
  • Support for Tax Preparers: Support tax preparers by resolving client questions, monitoring notes, and ensuring all preparation stages are completed smoothly.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in fiscal administration and US tax preparation.
  • Strong ability to connect with clients, understand their needs, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using accounting software and file management systems.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is a plus.
