In this role, you will serve as a critical support function to the Business Managers through the District heads. The primary goal is to provide relevant data and analysis for CASA generation and cross-selling opportunities, with key performance indicators measured against set goals.

Responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring competition and industry trends to identify valuable insights that can be used to pursue set goals
  • Scanning the business environment of the district and submitting lists of prospective clients along with relevant information to create business leads
  • Executing communication strategies to all BMs and other units of the Bank as directed by the District Head
  • Certainly coordinating all district activities and participation in bank-wide events while serving as a point person for other units when necessary
  • Providing administrative support to the district across various aspects of the sales process
  • Ensuring adherence to bank policies, procedures, and external regulations while maintaining high-quality service and productivity
  • Nurturing strong working relationships with both internal and external customers
  • Delivering desired outcomes and metrics of performance
  • Carrying out additional tasks assigned by the Retail Banking Head

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with preference for experience in research and data analytics
  • Relevant work experience in credit analysis within a financial institution or similar industry
  • Excellent communication skills along with proficiency in MS Office and related software
