Real Estate Collections Specialist

The role of Real Estate Collections Specialist involves working closely with customers to resolve outstanding accounts and ensure timely payments.

  • Contacting customers to collect overdue payments and update payment statuses is a key responsibility.

Requirements:
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks (experience in managing AR reports and recording transactions)

  • Experience in collections, customer service, or accounts receivable is highly valued
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to handle difficult conversations professionally
  • Detail-oriented and able to accurately document customer interactions
  • Ability to work independently while following established policies and collection guidelines
