Remote Financial Administrator

This position involves overseeing financial and administrative tasks to support our operations from a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage daily bookkeeping in Xero, including accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Process transactions from platforms like Stripe and Wise.
- Maintain compliance with accounting standards and implement best practices.
- Coordinate with tutors and clients via TutorCruncher platform.
- Manage email and WhatsApp communications.
- Follow up on lessons logs and payments.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Assist with record-keeping.
- 2-3 years of bookkeeping experience with Xero proficiency.
- 1-2 years of administrative or customer service experience.
- Familiarity with Dext, TutorCruncher, Stripe, and Wise is advantageous.
- Knowledge of UK accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS) or willingness to undertake training.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with remote work experience.
- Availability to work part-time with UK time zone flexibility.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of finance and administration principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
