Accounting Specialist Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced accounting specialist to work remotely. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in core accounting principles, excellent attention to detail, and strong verbal and written English skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Enter all supplier invoices into accounting software
  • Prepare weekly financial reports based on cash flow forecasts
  • Generate client invoices upon order completion
  • Conduct routine collection follow-ups and issue past-due notices and statements
  • Manage royalty entry and submissions
  • Assist in the preparation of year-end financial statements
  • Ensure timely and accurate posting of all accounting transactions
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of accounting experience in a professional setting
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
Preferred Skills:
  • Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills and general Office Suite proficiency (Word, Outlook)
