Job Title: Digital Growth Marketing Specialist

As a highly strategic and hands-on marketing professional, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth through building and scaling digital ad campaigns.

You will work closely with creative teams, content producers, and analytics stakeholders to launch, test, and optimize paid media campaigns. Experience scaling ad spend beyond high levels is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute high-performing Meta Ads and Google Ads strategies to acquire new customers and drive revenue growth.
  • Set up, manage, and continuously optimize paid campaigns, ensuring they align with business goals and return on ad spend targets.
  • Expand reach through LinkedIn and TikTok campaigns, where applicable.
Creative & Copywriting:
  • Write compelling, conversion-optimized ad copy tailored to each platform, audience, and funnel stage.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to ideate and test ad variations, including static, video, carousel, and user-generated content formats.
  • Source and manage UGC creators, develop creative briefs, and analyze performance to iterate on top-performing content.
Analytics & Reporting:
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other reporting tools.
  • Prepare regular reports with actionable insights, campaign results, and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Own and track key marketing KPIs such as cost per acquisition, return on ad spend, click-through rate, conversion rate, and customer acquisition cost.
  • Work cross-functionally with content, design, product, and data teams to ensure alignment across messaging, creative, and strategy.
  • Communicate performance results and strategic initiatives clearly to leadership and stakeholders.

Requirements include 3-5+ years of experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads, proven ability to scale campaigns to high levels in spend, and demonstrated success in e-commerce performance marketing.

Preferred experience includes advertising on LinkedIn Ads and TikTok Ads, prior involvement with organic SEO strategies, and experience in a fast-paced agency environment.
