Key Leadership Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to serve as a key leader and strategic partner to our CEO.

This is a high-profile position that requires a strong working knowledge of the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) and excellent communication skills.

The ideal candidate will be able to juggle multiple priorities, manage calendars and email, and provide support for social media presence and thought leadership efforts.

They will also be responsible for coordinating board meetings, facilitating leadership team meetings, and planning company events.

Additionally, they will drive special projects, act as an EOS Administrator, and explore new applications of AI tools to improve efficiency and decision-making.

Successful candidates will have a track record of excellence, embody the values of Curiosity First, Ownership Mentality, Relationships Matter, and Excellence Every Day.

They will be skilled in using AI tools, have excellent oral and written communication skills, and be able to work discreetly and confidentially.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Executive and Strategic Support:
    • Manage and optimize the CEO's calendar, email, and priorities
    • Support social media presence and thought leadership efforts
    • Provide outbound support for speaking engagements and inquiries
  • Initiatives and Leadership Projects:
    • Coordinate board meetings and prepare materials
    • Facilitate leadership team meetings and drive special projects
    • Act as an EOS Administrator and communicate reminders
  • Culture and Company Connection:
    • Plan and execute company events
    • Execute client appreciation initiatives
    • Manage the monthly CEO newsletter process
Qualifications:
  • High performer with at least 12 months of experience in the company
  • Values-driven leader with Curiosity First, Ownership Mentality, Relationships Matter, and Excellence Every Day
  • Strong working knowledge of EOS and AI tools
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Able to work discreetly and confidentially
