Strategic Business Partner

Are you an exceptional leader looking to take your career to the next level? We are seeking a Strategic Business Partner to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our CEO in leading initiatives and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize calendar, email, and priorities to ensure focus on high-impact work
  • Support social media presence and thought leadership efforts through content research and early drafting
  • Provide outbound support for booking speaking engagements and responding to inquiries

Initiatives and Leadership Projects:

  • Serve as primary liaison to board members and shareholders by coordinating meetings and preparing materials
  • Coordinate corporate planning sessions and drive special projects as needed
  • Act as EOS Administrator and prepare agendas, summarize decisions, and communicate reminders

Culture and Company Connection:

  • Plan and execute company events, including annual kickoff, mid-year town hall, and quarterly state of the company
  • Execute client appreciation initiatives and manage monthly CEO newsletter process

Qualifications:

  • Current DOXA high performer with 12+ months of experience and a track record of excellence
  • A values-driven leader who embodies Curiosity First, Ownership Mentality, Relationships Matter, and Excellence Every Day
  • Strong working knowledge of Entrepreneurial Operating System and skilled in using AI tools
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with professionalism and confidence to work directly with the board
